Sasso Studio Maintenance Plans Terms of Service
The Bare Necessities and Smarter than the Average Bare packages do not come with any server side assistance I.E. email or hosting assistance. Any assistance needed will be charged at an hourly rate of $50/hour with a one hour minimum. The Bare Necessities package is only the updating of the WordPress core and any plugins on the site in question, any issues that arise during these updates will be taken care of with no additional fees, any and all other work needed, beyond the updates, will be charged at an hourly rate of $50/hour with a one hour minimum. The Smarter than the Average Bare package has a maximum of two hours of work per month with any additional work to be charged at an hourly rate of $50/hour with a one hour minimum. The Kodiak Package package has a maximum of four hours of work per month with any additional work to be charged at an hourly rate of $50/hour with a one hour minimum. All packages include regular backups of the site. When terms have been agreed upon for a monthly maintenance package, both parties are required to give at least one FULL months notice of any change in the agreement, and all services will be paid (in full) by the agreed party and the services will be rendered for the month in which the change in service arises. I.E. If a party wants cancel their agreement in December, the agreed party is required to pay for the maintenance package they received for that month and Sasso Studio is required to provide the service for the package in question. (Any changes to terms of a plan or the termination of a plan/agreement may only follow a month that has been given a prior notice, as specified above.) Customized plans may be created and all agreed upon terms are to be spelled out in writing and signed prior to the service taking effect. Terms are subject to change without explicit notice. By agreeing to a monthly maintenance package with Sasso Studio the agreeing party also agrees to the terms laid out in this section.
